11 a.m. Oct. 25: In Our Own Voice

This powerful session changes attitudes, assumptions, and ideas about people with mental health conditions. Volunteers with personal experiences talk openly about what it's like to live with a mental health condition and participants are encouraged to ask questions.

11 a.m. Oct. 26: On the Rise: Mental Health and COVID-19 Aftermath

Trained volunteers with lived experience will share their personal mental health journeys including the impact of the pandemic, the importance of self-care, and how to pack your resiliency toolkit.
