The Founders Week Researcher of the Year Award honors the work of a faculty member exhibiting excellence in truly innovative research.
This year’s presentation will feature a lecture by the School of Dentistry’s Man-Kyo Chung, DMD, PhD, demonstrating the impact his research has had on the community and UMB.
The title of his presentation is “Trigeminal Nociceptors: Neural Intersection of Chronic Pain and Alveolar Bone Remodeling.”
