October is Conflict Resolution Month, and Workplace Mediation Service (WMS) will celebrate with several events. This year's theme is "Realize the Benefits of Open Communication: Working Toward Respect and Integrity."
Join us Oct. 7, 12, or 27 for an Open Communication Circle Discussion. What is open communication in the workplace? We'll explore it from each person’s perspective, including your perspective. Circle discussions allow for personal contributions and revelations. Together we will share and reflect on open communication in the workplace. If you’re in the room, you’re in the circle.
