Stressbusters is a nationwide college health program that helps students rediscover relaxation. The University Student Government Association and URecFit & Wellness are inviting you to our annual Stressbusters Week Dec. 5-15. At the University of Maryland, Baltimore, we are committed to spreading awareness about stress and anxiety, creating supportive programming, and providing resources designed to help students in academic success. You've been going nonstop, and we want you to take a breather. Soothe the stress away with a variety of simple and creative ways to feel relief during finals season. Events include a student lunch, chair massage, stress relieving games, and writing center support.

Stressbusters Events

Monday, Dec. 12:

  • All day: Writing on the Wall
  • All day: Self-Serve Stress Relief
  • 10 a.m.-8 p.m.: Extended Writing Center hours

Tuesday, Dec. 13:

  • All day: Writing on the Wall
  • 3 p.m.-6 p.m.: Winter Cheer at the Writing Center

Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 14-15:

  • All day: Writing on the Wall
  • 10 a.m.-8 p.m.: Extended Writing Center hours
