Both Microsoft and Apple have announced they are releasing new versions of their operating systems:

  • Windows 11 22H2 — Expected to release on September 20, 2022
  • macOS 13 Ventura — Expected to release later this year

ExamSoft is currently assessing Examplify’s compatibility with these new versions. Since Examplify is not compatible yet, users who update to Windows 11 22H2 or macOS 13 may experience technical issues that prevent them from successfully completing exams.

Please notify your Examplify users that they should postpone updating their machines until we announce official support for these new versions. Additionally, Examplify users should not install beta versions of new operating systems. As a reminder, the versions of operating systems that are currently compatible with Examplify are available in our Minimum System Requirements.

Examplify users should also ensure that automatic operating system updates are paused on their devices prior to the release dates of Windows 11 22H2 and macOS 13 Ventura until we have certified Examplify’s compatibility with them. Instructions can be found here. Please communicate this vital information to your users to ensure they are able to continue testing on a compatible version of Examplify.
