The Institute's Looking For Voice Over Actors

In an effort to equitably cast both animated characters and characters for online training, The Institute for Innovation and Implementation is seeking a diverse group of voice actors. Representation matters, and we are dedicated to hiring people with lived experience to join us in this work. We believe that characters, even behind the scenes, should be portrayed by voice actors who mirror their identities. We are looking to recruit voice artists from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, individuals who identify as LGBTQ2S+, actors who identify as having a disability or disabilities, and youth and family members who have experiences in systems of care.
