October 1: UMSON Flu Vaccine Deadline for Students

Students must upload their flu vaccine (or declination) in Castle Branch by the Oct. 1, 2022 deadline. Please note that uploading a declination waiver and/or not uploading documentation by the deadline could result in the loss of clinical and/or practicum placement.
