2023 INNOVATION CHALLENGE
Do you have the next big idea that could change the future of health care? The UMMC/UMB Innovation Challenge is a program focused on tapping into the brilliant minds of those who work at the medical center or support those who do. The Challenge offers individuals and teams from all disciplines the opportunity to compete for three awards of up to $25K, and three awards of up to $125K. This competition builds off our UMMC values of excellence and innovation. We welcome you to submit ideas for improved solutions and novel practices that advance health outcomes and/or the care experience for our patients, families, or team members within the Downtown and/or Midtown Campuses.
Participants interested in applying for the 2023 Innovation Challenge must submit an Intent to Apply by September 15th. Full applications are due October 6th.
