To facilitate the compliance process, we have implemented standard compliance deadlines for each semester.
For the spring 2024 semester, the compliance deadline for continuing students is Dec. 31, 2023 and the deadline for newly admitted students is Jan. 22, 2024. We have listed the standard deadlines on the Compliance webpage for your reference.
Any student who is not compliant by the deadline will be dropped from clinical/practicum courses as well as any co-requisites.
Please note, the flu documentation needs to be uploaded to both package 1 (UP93) and package 2 (UHxx) to be compliant.
To answer questions and provide an overview of the compliance process, we will host an additional virtual session prior to the compliance deadline. The session will not be recorded. You are encouraged to attend, as some of the questions from your peers may be applicable to your situation.
