On Wednesday, Feb. 8, filmmakers Stephen Janis and Taya Graham will bring their documentary "Tax Broke" to the School of Social Work auditorium at 6 p.m.

The film, produced by The Real News Network, describes how private developers and city governments collaborate in gentrification and redistributing wealth upward, focusing in part on Port Covington and Harbor East developments through which Baltimore City provided hundreds of millions of dollars to billionaires.

The directors will converse with the audience at film's conclusion. All are welcome.
