The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) has released the Nurse Support Program II (NSP II) “Request for Applications for FY 2025 Competitive Institutional Grants.”
For FY 2024, three UMSON faculty members received NSP II grants totaling nearly $1 million dollars.
Critical Upcoming Deadlines:
- Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023 - UMSON Pre-Proposal is due via Education Review Short Form. Anyone interested in submitting for FY 2025 much submit a pre-proposal using the Education Review Short Form. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Proposals will be reviewed and feedback provided.
For proposals approved for proceeding to a full application, the following deadlines apply:
- Monday, Jan. 15, 2024 – UMSON deadline for draft narrative and final budget.
- Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024 – All updates must be final and grants will be routed by the UMSON Grants Office.
- Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024 – Applicants must ensure that their grant is (1) MAILED with POSTMARK and (2) EMAILED to staff at MHEC. Overnight mail is strongly encouraged.
