The UMB Policy on Contract and Grant Billing applies to Sponsored Awards received from Sponsors where payments are due to UMB based on Letter of Credit (LOC), Cost, Volume, Milestone, Schedule, or Schedule/Cost billing as determined by the Sponsored Award.
