Exempt staff who are not members of a collective bargaining unit and who are not members of senior University leadership are eligible

  • Advocate on behalf of staff to University leadership
  • Connect and collaborate with new people across the UMB community
  • Serve as an active participant in UMB's shared governance initiative to continue to make UMB a great place to work
