Samuel Little, PhD, will retire from his position as the associate dean and director of field education at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, effective Sept. 1. Dr. Little has been an valuable member of our team, nationally recognized for his expertise in field education as well as administering public housing programs. He has been at the helm of the Office of Field Education since 2013.
His leadership, knowledge, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our students, colleagues, and the community at large. As we bid farewell to Dr. Little, we wish him a fulfilling and joyful retirement, filled with new adventures and continued success in his endeavors.
