The EDI Council promotes the School of Nursing's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that equity, cultural humility, and inclusive excellence are guiding principles in every aspect of the School's activities.
The council seeks to include a diverse group of members representing the diversity of UMSON. The council meets once monthly (for a minimum of 10 times per year) or more to fulfill its functions, including ad-hoc or special meetings.
The council is currently seeking to fill its staff member vacancy. Membership begins July 1 and extends to June 30 of the last year of the term unless otherwise specified.
