In this lunch and learn presentation, Oscar Cortina, LCPC, of the UMB Student Counseling Center will review the Gottman methods of maintaining a healthy relationship and building positive communication. This session, at noon Sept. 21, will focus on what research has shown to be effective and ineffective in romantic partnerships.
