The University of Maryland School of Medicine and School of Nursing are holding a Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m. in the MSTF Atrium.
If you are interested in donating, please sign up or use the sponsor code UMMED on the Red Cross website or app. Walk-in donations are also welcome, but there may be a wait until the next slot becomes available. Snacks and light refreshments will be available following donation and we are hoping to secure shirts for each donor! There is availability to donate blood or power red; please read here about the eligibility and requirements.
We would also love to have some volunteers to assist with donor registration and distribution of refreshments to donors. You do not need to be available for the entire drive. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up for the time slot you would like.
