People planting trees.

Check out the University of Maryland, Baltimore Office of Sustainability's new campus tree inventory that shows the locations of nearly 1,000 trees on campus. Our previous fellow, Alex Skowron, logged 51 field hours identifying all the trees on campus.

Trees are categorized by their general type (i.e. maple, oak, cherry, etc.). You can see how many native, non-native, and invasive species we have across campus. The two most common native trees on campus are red maples and willow oaks!
