We are excited to announce that Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) will be UMB’s new Travel Management Company. The conversion with CTP and Concur will take place from Dec. 2 to Dec. 5, with the official Go Live on Dec. 6.
During this conversion period, travelers should expect temporary disruptions in travel booking through Concur; however, if urgent travel is needed during this period, contact TLC directly, 800-333-2115, to make airfare arrangements. Please note that Concur travel (online booking and profile changes) will be unavailable from Dec. 2-5; however, all other functionalities such as requests and expense reports will remain operational. If planning for future travel occurring after Dec. 6, we recommend waiting to book airfare with CTP after the Go Live date.
