The UMB EMBRACE Initiative’s Family Summer Fun on Eutaw event will be on the lower plaza next to Lexington Market on Tuesday, July 23, to Thursday, July 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Be part of our family-friendly music, face painting, and dancing!
All week, we will have DJ Romey Rome! He is a 15-year-old graduate of our community partner, HeartSmiles. DJ Romey Rome will be playing music for everyone! Check out HeartSmiles’ phenomenal programs.
On Wednesday, we will have face painting with Charming Faces Face Painting. Check out all of Charming Faces Face Painting services.
We also will also have community partners on-site.
Please learn, and build partnership, with the Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore on Tuesday and Wednesday. It will share information about resources to help achieve and maintain homeownership and provide educational resources, specialized financial programs, and support systems for Baltimore households!
Also on Tuesday, we will have Level Up, a mentorship and community engagement operation that seeks to uplift and upgrade Baltimore City youth in all facets of life. Learn more about Level Up services.
On Thursday, we will be doing yoga, dance, and arts and crafts with Creative Nomads. Please see information about its amazing programs.
On Tuesday and Thursday, come to meet UMB Police and Public Safety’s favorite comfort K9, Poe! He will bring a smile to your face and take away all your stress!
We also will have fun and games like cornhole, hopscotch, and bubbles, plus, of course, ice cream.
