Please join UMB's Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion as it hosts the EDI workshop "What Has Been My Experience of EDI at UMB?" on April 2 and April 3.
Led by Domonic Rollins, PhD, president of Rollins Consulting, the session will focus on building a deeper understanding of our personal and collective experiences of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) at UMB. During our time together, we will explore what EDI means in our context at UMB and reflect on and discuss our experiences of EDI. We welcome any UMB staff member to join us as we engage key concepts — including UMB’s core values, UMB’s DEI strategic plan, and constructivist listening — and learn how each of us experience equity, diversity, and inclusion at UMB.
These sessions will be in person and space is limited.
