Based on enthusiastic responses to our pilot offering last spring, the UMB Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning will subscribe to Monday Morning Mentor, a weekly 20-minute professional development video series from Magna Publications. These practical and informative sessions are tailored to higher education faculty and designed with their busy schedules in mind. The videos are released each Monday, and will be available for you to watch at your convenience for one week. Each video also comes with a downloadable transcript and supplemental materials. 

 

This semester's topics include leveraging artificial intelligence in education, strategies for effective class discussions, ensuring student preparedness before class, and techniques for inclusive teaching, among others. See the fall 2024 offerings here.
