This University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) Community Engaged Research (CEnR) Voucher Award is specifically for developing a successful and sustainable community partnership(s) in the Maryland and/or District of Columbia (D.C.) area that will work together and lay the foundation to identify a research question that will lead to a future CEnR-type research grant application. The CEnR Voucher Award funds cannot be used for the purpose of conducting the research.
Deadline: Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, 5 p.m. EST
Eligibility: Faculty at the level of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor with a minimum 51 percent FTE appointment from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), or University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP). UMBC and UMCP applications are encouraged to name a UMB co-principal investigator.
Budget: Up to $10,000 in direct costs for 12 months
Notice of Award: Late January 2025 to early February 2025
