UM Sports Medicine physicians offer pre-participation physicals in Columbia and Hunt Valley. School districts throughout Maryland require a physical for all high school sports. Register in advance for $30 physicals or $35 for walk-ins, cash or credit.
The physicals will be held at our Columbia location on Aug. 3 and 10, as well as our Hunt Valley location on Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Please bring contacts, eyeglasses, and clearance forms. Forms will be filled out by our UM Orthopedics team — the official medical provider for the University of Maryland, College Park Terps, UMBC Retrievers, and Howard County Public Schools.
