Keeping Maryland's Front Line Nurses and Nursing Personnel: Perspectives on Retention Strategies
Join us in creating more inclusive, positive, and healthier workplaces across the state!
The Maryland Action Coalition Retention Workgroup and the Maryland Nursing Workforce Center want to discover and showcase the best practices in nursing retention on www.LeadNursingForward.org!
If you work as an RN, LPN, CNA, GNA, PCT, or other nursing support position in a Maryland hospital or health care organization, we need your input. Help us shine a light on what works by taking our survey and sharing your thoughts on nursing retention strategies!
The survey asks you to:
- Identify retention strategies currently used in your organization.
- Share which strategies encourage you to remain at your organization.
- Suggest retention strategies not currently in use but that you would like to see implemented.
Your answers are anonymous. No person or employer will be identified. All results will be reported as a group. Survey findings will be used on www.LeadNursingForward.org.
You may skip questions or stop at any time. The survey takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
