Climate Community Panel
Monday, April 22, 1 - 3 p.m. ET
The Earth Day panel is sponsored by Transform Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Region Campus Consortium.

The climate crisis requires action at all levels, especially local and regional levels, to build resilience and reduce emissions. This panel brings together community leaders for a discussion of the most effective ways to promote meaningful climate action locally. Panelists will share examples of successful approaches used in the city of Baltimore, the state of Maryland, and the university campus town of Cambridge, Mass., and provide ways in which we all can work together to protect our communities.

Climate Advocacy Panel

The panel will address ways to publicly support and advocate for change, through the lens of a variety of professions and industries that interact with legislation and policies. Join this discussion to learn from their experience and how it can inform your climate advocacy.
