New in 2025:
- MedImpact: New Pharmacy Benefit Manager (Rx) — CVS Caremark is going away as of Jan. 1, 2025
- Current Rx enrollment will rollover to a new company; no need to do anything
- New cards will be issued to members
- Health Care FSA increasing to $3,200
- Wellness Program — 2025 reset year
Deadline is Nov. 8 at 5 p.m. You must take action if you want to change plans, change coverage levels, enroll for the first time, or participate in or continue participation in a flexible spending account.
To enroll, employees must log in to SPS Workday using their SPS ID (W#). You can find your SPS ID (W#) in the Payroll Online Service Center system. Visit the Open Enrollment website to access information regarding SPS Workday and actions required during this enrollment period.
Open Enrollment Information Sessions will be offered weekly by the UMB Benefits Team to answer questions regarding Open Enrollment. Both in person and remote options are available: Register for an Information Session.
