Recognize your preceptor through UMSON's Preceptor Award!
This annual award recognizes preceptors (not clinical instructors) working with students in entry-into-nursing programs (including BSN and CNL/MSN-E) and graduate and/or doctoral-level programs. The awards are given to preceptors who have created a transformational experience for the student learners with whom they have worked.
To be eligible for nomination and considered for the award, preceptors must meet a minimum of three of six stated criteria. The criteria are listed in the Preceptor Award Nomination Form. Be sure to indicate which award (entry-level or graduate-level) you are nominating your preceptor for.
Nominations are due by Friday, Nov. 8. The awards will be presented at the December Graduation Ceremony.
