Join us for a joint UMBC and UMB Social Work Career and Networking Reception at the Universities at Shady Grove. The event will include an opportunity to network with alumni and students, connect with social work agencies that have job openings, discuss employment opportunities, and learn about ways to connect with the School of Social Work. Refreshments and light hors d'oeurves will be served.
The program will include remarks at 5:30 PM by:
- Dr. Judy Postmus, Dean and Professor, University of Maryland School of Social Work
- Dr. Shelly Wiechelt, Chair and Associate Dean, UMBC Social Work Program
*The 2024 UMB USG Alumni Recognition Awardwill be presented to Kathryn Guzzey, LCSW-C, MSW '20
