The SOWEBO Art and Music Festival is Sunday, May 26, from 12-8 p.m. in Hollins Market, one of the qualifying neighborhoods in the UMB Live Near Your Work Program. This free street festival offers live music, vendors, visual artists, food, and fun for the Southwest Baltimore communities and their neighbors.
