The University of Maryland Strategic Partnership: MPowering the State (MPower) released its annual summary of progress and achievements in a new 2025 publication, available now on its website.
MPower combines the extraordinary resources of the state’s largest public research engines — the University of Maryland, Baltimore and the University of Maryland, College Park — to strengthen and serve the state of Maryland and its citizens.
Formed in 2012 and strengthened by legislation in 2016, MPower today is a thriving, powerful education-research enterprise: a statewide resource, a focused ecosystem, and a model in collaboration in research, economic development, education, and service to Maryland.
