The Leaders in Education: Academy of Presidential Scholars (LEAPS) is pleased to announce that applications will open Nov. 15 for Instructional Innovation Seed Grants for 2026-2027.
The LEAPS Instructional Innovation Seed Grants will aid in the implementation of new pedagogies requiring supplemental resources. Our grant program aims to support experimentation, testing, or implementation of teaching innovations, addressing instructional concerns to enhance teaching quality and student learning, ultimately fostering student success.
Applications will be open from Nov. 15, 2025, until Feb. 1, 2026.
Awards available are as follows:
- Two $7,500 awards
- Two $5,000 awards
Pre-application Support: Each applicant may register for one 15-minute consultation with a member of LEAPS to discuss their proposal prior to submission. Consultations will be a Q&A format; consultants will not read applications in advance of submission. Consultation hours to be held on Dec. 2, 2025, and Jan. 20, 2026.
