The Health Resources & Service Administration (HRSA) Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program application is open through April 17.
The program provides funds to nurses working in an eligible critical shortage facility or nurse faculty at an eligible school of nursing.
HRSA will pay up to 85% of unpaid nursing education debt for:
- Registered nurses (RNs)
- Advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs)
- Nurse faculty
If you receive an award, you must work two years in either:
- An eligible health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses (critical shortage facility)
- An eligible nursing school as nurse faculty
Applications are due by Thursday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
