In this training, you will learn how cannabis can be used mindfully and intentionally, with a focus on harm reduction. Cory’s mission is to help individuals make autonomous, informed decisions about their healthcare choices. This session will delve into the scientific aspects of cannabis use for mental health wellness, providing insights into what works, and more importantly, when cannabis use may not be appropriate.

By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of cannabis as an alternative or integrative medicine, and how to navigate its potential to support mental health while also recognizing the limits of its effectiveness in certain situations.
