April 25: Family and Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Symposium
March 13, 2025Join the University of Maryland School of Social Work and the University of Maryland School of Public Health Community THRIVES Lab for the inaugural Family and Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Symposium this April. In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention Months, this event features expert speakers and action-oriented workshops.
The event will feature a series of expert-led presentations, organizations’ tabling spaces, and opportunities for networking. It will also provide a space for us to collectively examine strategies for prevention, support, and healing, and further develop our partnerships in this important work. Attendees will be able to earn CEUs credits. Please make sure you indicate on the Eventbrite ticket registration form that you will be needing the CEUs credits.
