Over the coming months, Environmental Services and Operations and Maintenance will be rolling out new signage across the UMB campus to serve as visual reminders of how to report facilities issues that require attention. The signs contain both the phone number for Work Control (410-706-7570) as well as a QR code to scan and submit a work order online. There will be signs first installed around restrooms and in animal facilities, with additional signs planned for areas throughout campus facilities. 

Whether it’s a light bulb that needs to be replaced, paper towels that need to be restocked, a leaking faucet, or anything in between, we encourage all members of the UMB community to report issues as soon as you see them so our staff can respond as soon as possible to keep our campus facilities clean and functional. 

Restroom courtesy signs also will be rolled out across campus in the coming months. These signs contain reminders of simple restroom etiquette to maintain, including cleaning up after yourself, washing your hands while remaining water-conscious, and ensuring that only toilet paper is flushed in toilets.
