Dec. 10: Chair Yoga and Meditation Session

Take a break from the holiday hustle and join us at noon Dec. 10 for a calming and restorative Chair Yoga and Meditation Session! This is an in-person event and will be held in the Gladhill Boardroom in the Health Sciences and Human Services Library.
This gentle movement and mindfulness practice is designed to help reduce stress, improve posture, and support emotional well-being during the festive season. To make it fun and festive, participants are encouraged to wear their favorite ugly holiday sweater and bring some holiday cheer to the session.
This event is hosted by Katie Kecman, UMB's senior wellness specialist, and is part of our December well-being programming.
