The UMB Center for Information Technology Services is excited to announce that the SysAid Self-Service Portal will be launching soon, offering our UMB campus community a faster, smarter, and more convenient way to access IT support.

- Real-Time Status Tracking: Stay informed! Track the progress of your IT requests from start to finish for complete transparency.
- Help Desk Chatbot: Get instant assistance with our intelligent chatbot, available 24/7 to answer questions and guide you through solutions.
Faculty, staff, and students will soon have access to the Self-Service portal in addition to current support channels, including email and phone. This IT Help Desk resource is designed to enhance accessibility to IT support, improve response efficiency, and optimize the overall user experience.
