My name is Megan Ross, and I am a current doctoral student at the Tanner Health School of Nursing at the University of West Georgia completing my EdD in nursing education.
I am currently recruiting participants for my dissertation study titled "Exploring Perceptions of Interprofessional Education from Prelicensure Nursing Students who Speak English as an Additional Language: A Qualitative Descriptive Study."
Study Overview:
· Purpose: Explore how prelicensure nursing students who speak English as an additional language perceive interprofessional education activities.
· Details: You will be asked to complete a 10–20-minute Qualtrics survey consisting of 5 screening questions, 12 multiple choice/multiple answer questions, and 3 short answer questions. At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you are willing to participate in a 45–60-minute Zoom interview.
· Compensation: Eligible participants will be qualified to win a $30 Amazon gift card for completing the survey. All eligible participants who complete a Zoom interview will receive a $30 Amazon gift card.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Current or recently graduated (within 1 year) prelicensure nursing student in the United States
· Non-native English speaker
· Participated in an interprofessional education activity during your nursing program
· Currently located in the United States
· Has access to the internet
· Ability and willingness to confirm current or recent nursing school status
Your information will be kept confidential, and participation is completely voluntary. You can choose to withdraw from the study at any time.
