On Nov. 15, the University of Maryland School of Dentistry welcomed nearly 30 middle and high school students for the Discovering Dentistry Symposium. Sponsored by Planet Smilez, with support from Delta Dental, the event provided students with hands-on activities, academic insights, and exposure to careers in oral health. The symposium supports ongoing efforts to engage and inspire future dental professionals through meaningful educational experiences.
