Interested in Applying for a Fulbright Award? Attend an Information Session on April 30 to Learn More
April 09, 2025If you're interested in applying for a Fulbright award or want to learn more about the process, join the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) at noon April 30 for an information session, where we'll review the application process and how we can help you craft your application. CGE launched its Focus on Fulbright Initiative in 2024 to increase UMB’s student representation in this prestigious international program.
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute for International Education, offers diverse opportunities in more than 140 countries for research, graduate study, teaching abroad, and cultural exchange for current U.S. students and recent graduates. Fulbright fellows are immersed in the culture and daily life of the country of their choice. Successful applicants to this program will promote leadership, learning, and mutual understanding between cultures.
Register here for the information session.
