Job Posting: Research Positions for Pilot Intervention Study in Assisted Living Communities

We are seeking a research evaluator and research facilitator for paid positions to assist with a small pilot intervention study at two to four assisted living communities in the Baltimore area. The study aims to optimize the way staff communicate and interact with assisted living residents with dementia by testing the Fostering Positive Care Interactions for Assisted Living approach. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, data collection, and intervention implementation. This is a small-scale study with a one-year project duration. The schedule is largely flexible, allowing you to work at times that are convenient for you.
