The Students for Non-Academic Careers (SNAC) is a new Universitywide organization led by UMB students who are dedicated to helping you explore career paths beyond academia, build meaningful connections, and expand your professional network. Students across all UMB schools are invited to join the SNAC network!
SNAC is recruiting career representative chairs in six fields — consulting, regulatory affairs, science communication, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and biotech — to lead peer connections, events, and professional development initiatives. We’re also seeking a treasurer to oversee the budget and represent SNAC in student government, blending financial management with campus advocacy experience.
