Event Overview: UMB and Microsoft will be hosting a Copilot Chat Prompt-A-Thon on March 31. This event is an excellent opportunity to gain experience using Copilot Chat, a more secure alternative to consumer-oriented artificial intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT. Copilot Chat offers an interface that lets you search for information, generate text such as emails, outlines, and summaries, and create images based on text/voice prompts.
Prompting Techniques: The Prompt-A-Thon will review the art and science of prompting and demonstrate how to craft prompts to get the best and desired responses. Using the right prompt ingredients, such as telling Copilot what “to do” or what “not to do,” can be very effective.
Interactive Session: The session will include an interactive, hands-on experience to enhance your prompting knowledge and skills. It will also review how AI is transforming education, provide an overview of Copilot agents, and more!
