Chaundra Scott, MSW ’10, has launched Ma Ma’s Senior Care Services to support seniors and their families in Anne Arundel and Howard counties. Inspired by her maternal grandmother — whose legacy of grit and family values is reflected in the company’s name — Scott’s new venture provides a personalized approach to helping seniors transition into appropriate living arrangements.
Ma Ma’s Senior Care Services offers a comprehensive suite of supports, including case management, care planning, clinical assessments, advance care planning, and ongoing caregiver support groups, even after facility admission. The service is designed to ease the transition for seniors and their families, ensuring compassionate and individualized care every step of the way.
The official launch will be celebrated with a Meet & Greet Networking Party on June 7 at the Odenton (Md.) Public Library. Families, helping professionals, and senior housing owners/administrators are welcome to attend.
