The Placebo Beyond Opinions Center will sponsor a three-part lecture series focused on the healing mind.
Guest speakers will include:
- Michele Curatolo, MD, PhD, of University of Washington | Friday, Feb. 6
- Leonard Calabrese, DO, of the Cleveland Clinic | Tuesday, March 31
- Yoni Ashar, PhD, of the University of Colorado | Wednesday, May 20.
These distinguished experts will explore how neuroscience, empathy, and the placebo effect intersect in the management of chronic pain.
Lectures will be held in UMSON Room 211 and available for CE credits.
