Researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine are conducting a study on diet and nutrition among older adults. The study aims to validate the Short Healthy Eating Index (sHEI) — a brief questionnaire designed to assess overall diet quality. We are looking for adults ages 65 and older to participate. Participation involves completing short dietary questionnaires, which can be done online, by phone, or through a video call.

Participants will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation for their time and will have the opportunity to learn more about nutrition and healthy eating.
