The Quantum Human Capital Management (QHCM) Project timeline is being extended, which will affect the system’s go live date. The new go-live date for Quantum One will be Feb. 2, 2026. More details on the reasons for this change can be found on the QHCM Project website.
Due to the timeline extension, the previously announced cutover deadlines are no longer valid. Look for more information on the updated deadlines soon. The existing training schedule will not be changing as it provides the entire campus with an early start to getting the required training completed for their security access. Additional sessions will be added leading up to the new go-live date, so opportunities will exist for refresher sessions. Training questions can be sent to quantum@umaryland.edu.
