The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy (UMSOP) earned multiple prestigious honors and appointments at the 2025 annual meeting of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), held July 19-22 in Chicago.

C. Daniel Mullins received the prestigious Paul R. Dawson Award for Excellence in Patient Care Research.

Lisa Lebovitz earned three awards recognizing innovation and scholarship in pharmacy education. 

The MS in Regulatory Science program received the Program Achievement Award for its impact in training regulatory leaders. 

Additional honors include: 

  • Best Poster Award (Administrative Services Section) 
  • Teacher of the Year awards 
  • Leadership roles in AACP committees and the House of Delegates 
  • Acceptance into the Academic Leadership Fellows Program
