Hosted by Katie Kecman, UMB’s senior wellness specialist, the interactive webinar "Sleep and Your Brain" explores the critical connection between sleep and brain health. A recent study revealed that over half of Americans report not getting adequate sleep to function throughout the day. Our brains need sleep for focus, concentration, and cognitive function. Attendees will learn how sleep affects the brain and discover strategies to integrate healthy sleep habits for better sleep and overall brain health.
